Custom Documentation: Documentation Preferences now support much longer instructions and fully custom templates for HPI, Physical Exam, and MDM. You can give palmER detailed instructions for exactly how you want each section written, including your own preferred structure and format.
Undo New Chat: Accidentally started a new chat? You can now undo it and restore your previous conversation. Undo also works when moving between assistants, so switching pages doesn't mean losing the chat you were working on.

Improved Chart and Chat Sync: HPI, Physical Exam, and MDM now stay more consistently synchronized between Chart and Chat views, making it easier to move back and forth between the two workflows.
Faster Ambient Scribe Processing: Transcription now begins as soon as you stop Ambient Scribe instead of waiting for you to complete the post-encounter screen. You can add patient details or additional context while palmER starts processing in the background.
Clearer Post-Encounter Screen: After Ambient Scribe stops, the updated screen now clearly confirms that the encounter was captured, and the final action is labeled Complete to better reflect what it does.
Improved Transcript Editing on Mobile: The transcript editor now works better on smaller screens, remains usable when the keyboard is open, and keeps its controls accessible while reviewing longer encounters.
Easier-to-Use Patient Cards on Mobile: Patient cards and Ambient Scribe controls now have larger, more comfortable touch targets on phones.
